Dr. Dominic Bria has been leading teams for various organizations, both public and private, for over 30 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from University of Utah and an MBA with a graduate certificate in marketing from Westminster College. In 2015, he began work at the Shingo Institute within the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. During his tenure there, he earned Shingo Alumni status, a Six Sigma green belt certification, and finished a doctoral degree in industrial and organizational psychology through Touro College. Dr. Bria has worked independently as an organizational and management consultant and now serves as the associate program director for Utah State University’s Remote Online Initiative.
